This was such an awesome and entertaining read Fabienne! I’m so glad you were able to have that experience with your dad! It seems like all of the stress you endured from moving to Denmark, and even some of the moving mishaps from IKEA lol, mixed with your cute dog, ended up slowly going away. Your dad is a lifesaver too, haha! Being able to basically build your house in 5 days I deserves a reward in and of itself. I’m so glad everything went well and you can now enjoy your trip in Thailand! Have an awesome holiday! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💪💪💪
This makes me smile, Khadejah. Thanks so much. It makes me super glad that you enjoyed this one so much and I could convey some of my experience between the lines and pixels!
Omg what a beautiful postcard! (I didn’t get any tears, oh no no no 😉 - they were happy tears though) Your dad is adorable! What a great relationship you have. Plus, I’m so happy you’re in Thailand - happy holidays and have fun!
Great to see you managed to have some quality time with your father despite the not ideal circumstances! So nice to follow your journey through the week in photos too 😊
Hope you have a very nice rest in Thailand and that you recharge for the next chapter on your adventure! 🥰
Reading about someone experiencing a place you’re familiar with is fun! I’m happy it seems Aarhus has left a good impression.
Your dad sounds a lot like mine—also a bit of a wizard with the DIY stuff. Sometimes I wish I had been better at learning that stuff from him, but the apple fell quite far from the tree in that case 😂 These unplanned experiences with family are special.
Hihi, I guess you will read more about familiar places and things in the future 🇩🇰!
Everyone has their talents and interests. And maybe it is lovely that our dads have a skill they can still help their grown-up children with. I think they love it!
